We do not accept returns or exchanges for potted rose purchases. All sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your rose prior to taking it home with you to make sure you are happy with the health and condition of your plant.
We want you to be happy and have a colorful rose in your garden, so we guarantee our potted roses are true to variety name. During the growing season you may experience changes in bloom color, scent and size of your rose plant. This is perfectly normal and is not a fault in the rose but a demonstration of the unique growing characteristics of each rose.
