How do I submit a warranty claim for my rose?Updated 2 hours ago

We want you to have success growing your roses! 🌹 Please be sure to follow our recommended planting and storage instructions included with every order and detailed here. When planted at the right time for your growing zone and cared for properly, bare root roses should begin to leaf out (break dormancy) within 30 days of planting.

Keep in mind that several factors can affect growth, including:

  • Planting too early or too late for your growing zone

  • Inadequate water, sunlight, or drainage

  • Poor soil quality or extreme temperature fluctuations

  • Improper planting depth or technique

If your rose does not leaf out within 30 days of receipt, you may submit a warranty claim under our 30-Day Rose Warranty Guarantee using our Contact Form.

Please include the following with your submission:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • A photo of the planted rose, with the variety hang tag clearly visible
