How do you ship your fresh cut flowers?Updated a year ago

We want your flowers to have the maximum bloom life so they will arrive in tight bud form. With a quick trim and arranging, your blooms will start to open within a few short hours.

Our flower boxes ship via overnight service and should arrive on your doorstep the day after they are shipped. You can select your shipping week at checkout.

Upon shipping, you will receive an order tracking email to follow along with your flowers’ journey. You are not required to sign for your package, however, due to the perishable nature of cut flowers, we highly recommend you ship to an address where you will be able to receive and open them promptly to get them into water and keep them from the elements. If they are a gift, we ask that you give the recipient a heads-up to be on the lookout, or check in with them to make sure they have brought their box inside after receiving your order delivery confirmation email.

Due to the ongoing transportation challenges post pandemic, we can’t absolutely guarantee an exact shipping date or delivery date. However, your flowers will arrive within 1-2 days after shipping and are packed to arrive fresh from their journey. They will ship the week you select at checkout.

If you don’t see a shipping week, then it is already sold out or availability may not be listed yet. We post ship dates only up to 2 weeks in advance.
