My bare root rose didn’t leaf out. Can I get a refund?Updated 4 months ago

In order to ensure success in growing your rose, we ask you to please follow our recommended planting and storage instructions included with every order and detailed here. By following our care instructions carefully, if planted at the right time for your growing zone and conditions, bare root roses should to leaf out within 30 days. However, a number of factors can inhibit their growth, including planting at the wrong time for your growing zone, lack of water or sunlight, soil type, changes in temperature, or poor planting techniques.

If your rose does not leaf out (break dormancy) within 30 days after receipt you can submit warranty claim request, for our 30 Day Rose Warranty Guarantee, via our online Returns Center. Please make sure you have your order number, email address you placed the order with and a photo of the planted rose with the variety hang tag visible in the photo.
