If you are not able to pick up your order on your selected date and time, you can reschedule online up to 2 hours before your appointment time. Reschedule links are provided in your appointment confirmation email. If it is within 2 hours of your pick-up time, please contact us here or text the number in your appointment confirmation email to reschedule your pick-up appointment.
Due to the perishable nature of cut flowers, all fresh floral bouquets MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE ORIGINAL DATE SCHEDULED. No refunds or replacement bouquets will be given if your order is not picked up.
