How do I place a pick-up order?

To pick up your order from our farm nursery, place an order online and select “Pick-Up” at checkout as your order fulfillment method. Please note that order pick-up is available by appointment only Wednesday-Saturday.

How do I schedule a pick-up appointment for my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a LINK to schedule your pick-up appointment online and pick-up instructions. Please note, appointments can only be booked up to 10 days in advance. We have a select number

I have multiple orders. Do I need to schedule a pick-up appointment for each order?

You are welcome to pick up multiple orders during one pick-up appointment. When scheduling your appointment, please include all order numbers. If you place an additional order after your pick-up has been scheduled, please contact us and we'll add you

What is the address for pick-up appointments?

If you are visiting our nursery to pick up an order you placed online, our exact address and directions are provided after scheduling your pick-up appointment. Please refer to your order confirmation email for the farm address.

Can I reschedule my pick-up appointment?

If you are not able to pick up your order on your selected date and time, you can reschedule online up to 2 hours before your appointment time. Reschedule links are provided in your appointment confirmation email. If it is within 2 hours of your pick

We are unable to hold items for a later pick-up date. All nursery orders MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS of your purchase date or fulfillment week selected at checkout. Orders not picked up within 10 days will be refunded and items returned to our i

Can I change my pick-up order to shipping?

Should you not be able to pick up your order, please contact us here and we'll ship your order to you for an additional shipping fee (potted roses excluded).

Can I purchase additional items during my pick-up appointment?

Yes! You are welcome to shop our farm nursery and boutique during your scheduled appointment time.

Can I tour the farm when I pick up my order?

At this time, our rose fields are closed to visitors and we are not leading any farm tours during nursery pick-up or shopping appointments. We appreciate your understanding of our pick-up policy. You are welcome to step outside the immediate vicinity
