Can my order be held for a later pick up date?Updated a year ago

We are unable to hold items for a later pick-up date. All nursery orders MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS of your purchase date or fulfillment week selected at checkout. Orders not picked up within 10 days will be refunded and items returned to our inventory. You are welcome to re-purchase them again (if available) and schedule a new pick-up appointment.

Due to the perishable nature of cut flowers, all fresh floral bouquets MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE ORIGINAL DATE SCHEDULED. No refunds or replacement bouquets will be given if your order is not picked up.
