How do I schedule a pick-up appointment for my order?Updated a year ago

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a LINK to schedule your pick-up appointment online and pick-up instructions. Please note, appointments can only be booked up to 10 days in advance.

We have a select number of appointment times available on each day so we recommend making an appointment immediately after you make your purchase to ensure we have a date and time that works for your schedule.

Keep in mind that all nursery orders MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS of your purchase date or fulfillment week selected at checkout. If your order is not picked up within 10 days, it will be refunded and your items returned to our inventory. You are welcome to repurchase them (if available) and schedule a new pick-up appointment.
