In order to ensure success with your flowers, we ask you to please, please, pretty please follow our recommended processing instructions included with your order. It's normal to have some browning and spots on the outer guard petals of our roses. Please find all of our product care instructions here.

DAMAGE & ISSUES ON DELIVERY

We do not accept returns for fresh cut flowers. We understand there may be occasions when our flowers don’t arrive in perfect condition (we wish the shipping carriers treated them with as much care as we do). If your flowers are received damaged or delivery is delayed we will make exceptions for these situations. Due to the perishability of our flowers, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Visit our Returns Center to start a refund request. We recommend taking clear photos or videos of any issues of the product or packaging to help expedite the process. No credits will be issued without photographs or video of the flowers, box or packaging damage.

We reserve the right to reject any refund or credit requests that do not comply with any of the conditions stated above.
