I entered the wrong delivery address for my order. Can I change my shipping address?Updated a month ago
We get it—mistakes happen! Whether it’s a typo or an old address auto-filled by your computer, here’s what you can do:
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet: Contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t entered processing, we’ll gladly update the shipping address for you.
- If your order has already shipped: Reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. They may be able to assist, but changes aren’t guaranteed.
- If your order has been delivered to the wrong address: Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve or redirect orders once delivered. If you would still like the items, you’ll need to place a new order.

- Double-check your shipping details in your order confirmation to ensure everything is accurate.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, as we ship to the address provided at checkout.
- There are no refunds or replacements for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses.
