  • We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping company.  
  • Once the delivery company takes possession of your package, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, including heat damage.  
  1. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses:  
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accuracy.  
  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.  
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.  
  1. Missed or Undeliverable Deliveries:  
  • If the shipping company cannot deliver your package on the first attempt or leaves the package outside at an unoccupied address, we cannot take responsibility for the delivery.  
  1. Delays Beyond Our Control:  
  • Delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
