What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?Updated 15 days ago
Our perishable products are carefully packaged to prevent breakage, damage, and dehydration, ensuring they can withstand delays. Still, we understand how frustrating it can be when your order doesn’t arrive on time, and we’re here to help! Here’s what to do if your package is delayed or hasn’t shown up yet:
Check Your Shipping Week
- If you can't remember the shipping week you chose at checkout for a pre-order item, you can easily find it in the "Order Summary" section of your order confirmation email.
- We recommend keeping this email handy until your order ships. If you can't locate your confirmation email, just let us know, and we'll resend it to you!
- Keep in mind, the week you select for order fulfillment may not be the arrival week. Some locations may take up to 5 business days for delivery if ground service is chosen. Learn more in this article.
Check the tracking details
- Use the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email to keep an eye on your package.
- You can also track your order directly from our homepage by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
- Delays can happen due to weather, transportation issues, or high carrier volume, so tracking is the best way to stay informed.
Contact your local carrier
- Once your package leaves our farm, it's in the hands of our trusted carriers. We recommend contacting your local FedEx, UPS, or USPS station or driver for updates, as they have more accurate information at this stage.
Double-check with neighbors or family
- Sometimes packages get picked up by a neighbor or another member of your household. It’s worth asking around to see if someone grabbed it for you.
If your package is lost or missing
- If your package hasn’t arrived 7 days after the originally promised delivery date listed on the carrier’s tracking page, please first submit a claim on the carrier’s website.
- Then, submit a return request through our returns portal and include your claim number. We’ll take great care of you from there.
