RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Initiate a return or exchange request by visiting our Returns Center. Due to their perishable nature, your request must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
Wreaths returned to us are eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund at the purchase price. However, products that are not in like-new condition, appear trimmed or dehydrated, or have been otherwise manipulated are not eligible for a return or credit. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to decline any requests that do not meet our requirements.
Please note we do not offer free exchanges & returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe there is an issue with your order, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. You can initiate a return or exchange request by visiting our Returns Center.
To expedite the process, we recommend taking clear photos or videos of any issues with the items or packaging. Returns must be sent back for inspection within 10 days of your return request to ensure the viability and health of the wreath.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Clearance items marked as final sale (with prices ending in $.X7) cannot be returned or exchanged. For more details on final sale items, consult our Help Center article.
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or credit requests that do not comply with the conditions outlined above. Thank you for your understanding!
